Emergency Brake

Just wondering, does it matter if you set the emergency brake with an auto? I generally always do with manual transmission but never do with an auto.

It helps so it doesnt put 'pressure' on the tranny when you pull it outta park it doesnt clunk lol

I use mine for the same reasons as the last two posts. If the car sits for months or is left outside in the snow and ice leave it off.

Hell, I always used mine to do a 1 point turn around on highways, not sure what the hell you guys are talking about... LMAO Oh that and have fun in snow covered parking lots, who hasn't done that with their beretta yet???? Or reverse donuts... Anyone????

yea best to leave the weight of the car off the parking pawl. once that crap breaks, the car rolls wherever it wants to. boooo
