tried to purchase last week, i was sent an email saying they no longer produce them..

They aren't actually billet, it's only a garnish on the front. The assembly itself is acrylic.

That sucks. Hopefully he still makes some of the other stuff. I was hoping to pickup some goodies from him with some tax money.

Yeah they stopped making a few things. The billet HVAC knobs are another thing they won't make anymore.

Nice...now maybe the one i have(new) will actually sell.

I'm sure if you ask Woody nicely this might be something he could cut out of a thin plate of aluminum if you want the billet front to it... He can probably machine a logo on it too... But you would need the acrylic part first.

I can't do billet, but I can do fake-aluminum engraving stock like I had on my Z26. I did the "SS" in a metallic gray that somewhat matches my paint.



This pic is bad because the adhesive I used had a reaction with the plastic, but the fake aluminum is a 1/16" plastic sheet with an aluminum foil hot stamped in to it and the engraving shows the black plastic underneath. Jon has seen it, and it looks pretty good.
