Free good online vin decoder?

Hey, does anyone know of any free online vin decoders (one that shows the cars options)? Just out of curiosity I want to run the Vin on the GTU and my LeMans.
Also, is it normal for insurance companys to list a GTU as a GT? I'm guessing its because GTU's were fully loaded GT's that went to cars and concepts and got outfitted with the GTU stuff, right?
