How will the password reset thing not work? What process are you doing and what is the result, we need to know this info to a T in order to repair it or better inform users of the correct processes to get it to work.

What email is your account registered to and do you still have access to that account? The system sends an email to the registered e-mail address to reset the password, are you getting that email?
