more power

what can i do to get more power with out adding a turbo and stuff.. what all comes for the motor that will give me 175 cuz my dads pt turbo pushes 215 is there anything i can do to get close without a turbo or a supercharger?

You could go all forged with a nice cam & then wet it with a 100 shot. Then a 5speed LSD trans with a 3.94 gear ratio. Don't forget the slicks!

13b with no turbo? No thanks..... The new RX-8 is barely faster than my big wagon. (I know it's not exactly a 13B, but .....)

though the 13b on the other hand, with a good street port, and 25psi of boost, fuel management....
