You gotta use everything from the z24. Trans shifter clutch pedal mounts, etc. you need to cut the cav mount off the frame and subframe and weld it to your frame and subframe. After that it's bolt in. You should move the motor back an inch to retain stock axle geometry.... Diff to crankshaft location is different between auto and manual. Then your going to want a tune, they idle weird after a swap

Thanks for the info.I can cut and reweld mounts. Do you move whole motor back or just the trans.mount side? I will have to do some measuring. also are the Z24 axles the same or do i need to get beretta 5spds axles?

The Z24 getrag 5 speed axles are the same as the Beretta getrag 5 speed ones except the Z24 ones will not have the reluctor ring to retain your ABS on your 95 Beretta. So, if you want to continue using ABS, you will need axles from: *going off the top of my head*
5 Speed 3.1 V6
92-93 Beretta
92-93 Corsica
92-94 Cavalier
92-94 Sunbird
2.3 Quad 4 HO
92-94 Grand Am GT
92-94 Achieva SC
91 Grand Am LE/SE
91 Olds Calais 442/I-Series
2.3 Quad 4
95 Grand Am GT
95 Achieva SC
2.4 Twin Cam
96-98 Grand Am GT
96-97 Achieva SC
*Note* You must use a V6 intermediate shaft!

Getrag 282's CAME in multiple cars with the 2.8 and 3.1! So YES! lol All Quad 4 and 2.8/3.1 V6 Getrags are the same except for the bell housing which can be swapped between the two.

2.8 all the way up to the 3500 is the same bell housing bolt pattern.

Even 3900 is the same and OHV 4cyl as well. You can even use the Isuzu 4-banger 5-speed on a v6, but it is not recommended for durability concerns.
