headlight issues

all my marker lights work but i have no response to my headlights,tried wiggling wires and cleaning grounds...any sugestions?1990 beretta gt

It could have loose wires in there or burnt out

Maybe get a new (or used) light switch. On my corsica they take a few seconds for the headlights to come on after pushing in the button. The colder it is the longer it takes for me.
