Verify all line sizes and ends for fittings.

I am replacing all the lines on my 1990 INDY with NiCopp Nickel Copper Alloy Break Lines.
The break lines I am using 3/16 line. and all the ends appear to be bubble flares.
Fuel sending line looks to be 3/8
Fuel Return line looks to be 5/16
Fuel vapor line looks to be 1/4
(I am buying these in rolls, each roll is 25 feet legnth)
Am I correct?
I have been looking everywhere and can not seem to find anything to verify this with other than my own measuring.
When I replace the 3 fuel related lines, will I need any special fittings for the ends that go into those plastic quick connectors by the fuel tank?
The rubber nylon lines in the engine compartment connect somehow to the steel lines with a metal female connector. I'm not sure how these come apart. I have been trying to pull them off, but no luck.
Thanks for helping me to verify all of this, I am done removing the break lines, next is the fuel lines.
