I really wonder how hard it would be to transfer a title from Canada to Pa

idk about going from canada to pa, go to your local notory and they will tell you, cost and all. and how to go about transfering it. i do know states like new york i can buy a car, have the sellers info and the title, and transfer it in pa, if he signs the title of course...
