Figured I'd try and un plug and plug the plug wires back in to see if one was loose (this one didn't feel right) and if it would help with the mis-fire...
(ignore the wet/oilly stuff, that's WD40..)

Now I don't mean to sound stupid, but could this be my problem with the mis-fire issue? Or is it just a weird ass coincidence?
:runsies:

Well, atleast when it was cold it was. Really hoping replacing this fixes it! (strapped for cash at the moment)

Replacing the plug appears to have fixed it, also found that the air intake temp sensor (is that what it's called?) was not hooked up by whoever put the CAI on the car, so I put that back on (and also found a small bracket in the intake tube!) So hopefully that fixes the running rich problem as well.

Glad I found the bracket before something terrible happened!

Yes that intake temp sensor should help the running rich issue since your car works off of air temp and manifold air pressure to determine the fueling and without that temp sensor input then it was probably way off.
