How would I go about increasing throttle response on a 3100? After replacing all the basics (plugs, wires, filters) it still seems a litle slow. The car is a 96 . My buddy has a 95 and it seems much quicker for some reason. My car has 1/3 of the miles on it as well(43,000). Well if anyone can help I would apreciate it. Thanks

-Edit-
Also, when i did the plugs i put in the bosch platnums . I know now that was a mistake. Could that bog my car down any?

In most cases if there is actually something wrong with your car the OBD II is pretty good at detecting it and setting off the check engine light so it probably isnt something such as the plugs which could cause a misfire.

You possibly have some carbon build up and you could clean it out with some gm top engine cleaner.

Its not that I am experiencing a missfire. There seems to be a larger delay in time i push the pedal to the time the car picks up compared to any other corsica I have drivin. Any thoughts?

Really don't know unless there is some type of cam timing issue or intake/exhaust restriction.  Fuel pressure could be checked too I guess.  I don't guess the other car is lighter or has smaller lighter wheels?  This can make a lot of difference in how things feel.

Replace the fuel filter. That low of miles the O2 sensor should be ok. I know mine wasn't when I replaced it lol that helped a lot. Maybe getting on it hard a few times to burn out all the carbon would help? Sometimes cars need a good cleaning out lol

Were those Bosch plugs double platinum or single? If double then you should be ok. Single eh........ Do you know the part number of the bosch plug I might be able to look up the heatrange too sometimes those bosch plugs don't match up to stock on that aspect.
