28lbs injectors are good for 250whp.So 36lbs would be overkill with just headers. my 'goals were not to Only get a headers ,It was to get a Supercharger on it as well. you can still tune the 36lbs to work, my problem was leaky injectors. you can run 3400 injectors but you will see they are a on the limit of maxing out if you start tuning, which needs to be done anyways. And yes the 89's had different motor mounts than the 96, Look at Robert's build thread to see what I had to work with and what the mount looks like for the front an...

the knock system on theses engines are very Sensitive...People would be suprised how much you can put them through before something fail. At one point you will need to do something about the knock sensor to reduce its sensitivity, because it will play against you *hint*

I think the 96 is the only year that is not interchangeable.

Stock speed, handling, and braking it's a 92 Quad GTZ. Best year for the Quad Beretta plus the bigger brakes. That's stock for stock. if you can tune use trailblazer injectors (will need an harness rewire) or L67 injectors drops right in.

You should do a stroker Quad instead. besides the pistons everything is of the shelf. And with a 2.6 stroker N/A you would have more then 220HP...

what do you do for tuning? hp tuner or dhp?

you bought the quick pulley replacement nozzle as well? Nice! will be easier to go lower. And GTP have their limits before becoming money pit, Around 13.5-13.7 after that you will put a Shitload of money to be faster.

when I first started I had no clue what LTFT an STFT meant. but now I can pretty much do anything with my motor and tranny. Read alot and get the right tuning manual! there is one that is outdated a little. Oh and get the table Modifier thingy. that will help you get close to a good tune fast.
