You would not believe it. It is worse then before. since the only thing I messed with was the sensor and connector to it I am thinking that it might be in the wiring so I am off to the junk yard to see if I can find a new harness for it.

thanks, the speedo works fine. I will change out the cps and have the icm bench tested.
