Route 66

Just want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas - I'm moving to California at the end of this month - I'm taking Rout 66 as much as possible in my 89 Beretta GT - pictures to follow - wish me luck, should be an adventure - my car is strong and I'm confident I can fix any problems it might have.

Thank You for the reply - oil pressure drops to about 25 psi - although there is an oil leak at the cover plate where a distributor would normally be at, which i'm sure is part of the problem - it has never stalled because of it and has always done that since i had it (5years) - it is an 89 GT 2.8 V...

I believe that there are two maf sensors - one on the firewall and one in the air filter channel pipe - for the maf sensor code problem...

The same happened to me - I took it to a mechanic and they ran a diagnostic and couldn't find anything wrong - which left me to think that maybe it was something else - turned out to be the shift control relay inside the transmission wasn't working - so when I came to a stop the clutch would not rel...

My 89 Beretta GT runs great at all speeds - when I come to a stop, it goes to a low idle of 600rpm only after it warms up - no computer warnings - all scensor have been replace, timing change maf sensors everything. but still goes to low idle after warm up, which also causes low oil pressure. does n...
