For the leaks, if it's under the carpet, get some neoprene black roofing caulk (black jack brand I used). Seal the cowl area, and every single seam on the fire wall. Glove + reach in through the tie-rod area, underneath, up top, seal the cowl water flap exits really well, etc. Trust me I went through all of that.
For a leak on the passenger side dripping from under dash on TOP of the carpet, get some dum-dum sticky re-useable type caulk (factory has some black stuff there) and lift up the plastic cowl cover. Then put a fresh strip on the top of the cowl cover on the passenger side. That stops water from rolling under the cowl cover, and dripping off in the center underside and falling into the fresh air flapper box and then dripping inside.
And yeah, K&N drop in in the stock box, and then open up the stock box some is really good and beats a hot air intake any day!!! You can just cut off the bottom of the "T" resonator so it sucks air from the 3" fender hole as well as behind the headlight. The stock headlight opening is like 1.5" !!!! But where it attaches at the airbox is much larger.

Wow, thanks of all the info Isaac! I think I'll get the MP Racing CAI it's 3 inch tube. The upper cowl is where the water is leaking(that's the only one I know of as of now). That thing sticks out about an inch from the glass in one spot, so I have to get a new one. That info on the modulator makes it easy. Those guys up at O'Reilly need you to tell them what you want! One new kid ordered me a pig tail for the oil pressure sender and I needed the sender.

Ok, got that fuel filter off. That thing was rusted on. I had to use a 5/8 when it should have been a 16mm(I didn't strip it, someone else did). When did they change how they hooked up? The 90 had clips on both sides and was very easy to do. The new alt is on and everything is working right. I did get the Pioneer adjustable vac modulator(it's not on yet). Man, my 3.1 O2 was 20 bucks. The 3100 was $52(both were Bosch). I'll try to get to the junkyard Sunday for the cowl cover because I can't find a new one online.

I should call this my Blog. I did get my MSD coils today and they say that they are made in China now. Man, I just can't win! I will try them, but I don't like that MSD no longer makes them here(the ones on the 90GT were made in the US).

Coils are on,new Bosch O2 and BWD control module. The MP Racing CAI is on the way. The cowl panel I got from the junkyard is for my 90(got it off a 91 I think), two parts and I need one off a newer car. Next weekend I'll try again, the JY changes their stock every week. That's it for the Blog this week.

Good to see your post man! Yea, there is almost too much to do. Well, that's nothing new to me. I have to get new shocks and struts, cheap ones I guess. The control arms have rust and bad bushings, I'm not ready to mess with all that goes along with that yet(the rebuild of the front end).

Dang my man, I have not had the time to put it on yet. From what I hear it's one of the best upgrades and cheap(13 bucks). Isaac Hayes gave me the part # Pioneer 747017 and a great link if it still works http://60degreev6.com/forum....pioneer
My friends dad's Beretta lost it's trans and he had it rebuilt(about 1300 bucks). He said that they put a newer pump in, I think he said that it was a 30 vane and the old one is 27. He also said that it shifts hard and much better than it did. I think that's out for us unless something goes very wrong(right?).

That's great 6r8ph1X! Did you read all that on the link? How many turns did you use?
Man 1988GTU, I can say there are alot more on the way(this poor old car needs them). One more thing 1988GTU, in all the cars you have seen did you ever see a cowl panel that has only one part? All I can find is two parts and I think it may be hard to waterproof.

Hey money, the cowl is not the water proofing part, the seals under the cowl are. no matter how hard you try, it will not get waterproofed because water is meant to go down in there. Thats where the windshield and hood drains are for when it rains. also, i turned it all the way to the right and then un did it 2 turns.
