The flush mount face plate is listed on his site but that doesn't mean he still sells them. Contact him first to see if he is still making them.

mrz is the weirdest place, everytime i order months go by before any response or shipment. why are they so slow?

Because its just one guy and he doesn't seem to check his email everyday. When I message him on msn it takes a day or two to get an answer.
