it doesnt move at all. you should have seen when we tried putting the trans in... no trans bolted in, was like it was still all together.
and the header is 1 7/8" to a 3" collector. I ordered a borla muffler tonight so wednesday it will all be together.
heres a couple more pics.

its because if it was in the collector, it wouldnt get hot enough considering its over 2 feet away from the flange. I've consulted plenty of people about that is the best place for it, everyone with the trs header has the same thing.
and the guy that helped me build these has been building headers for over 35 years so i'm not about to argue with him about where to put the o2 sensor. ÂÂÂ

well, Oxygen sensors haven't been around for 35 years! You can always convert to a heated one as well. But either way it looks good!

I don't like it being in only one cylinder either. Yes it will work if everything is fine, but it won't alert you to a problem with any other cylinder, or if there is something off with that cylinder it effects the entire engine more.
I would probably have used a heated sensor and put it in the collector.
But as you say, it will work, and should work fine 99% of the time.
Looks Nice!

I know someone makes headers for the quad that will fit a Beretta, just not sure of the name of them.
