I had the same question myself, but too unsure if I was going to submit anything to look closely. Then I re-read the OP... 15th is the start of the voting, submission cut-off was October 1st, sorry.

Once the snow disappears I have a spot I wanna take some photos of my 95.. when is cut off?

That was when voting started. But as I gave an extra week to submit, that date has now changed.
Current cut off for photo submittal is this Sunday.

Well, I submitted a picture. No, no sunlight for me, but at least that means no glare! Waiting to hear back, if the photo res is good enough...
