Registration Deadline (must read)

Post by quad4berettagtz »

Sorry for the delay Devon, but I was out of town this past weekend.  It looks like everything went through ok.  We do have your t-shirt ordered too, so not to worry!

Please tell me that my registration has been received.
I don't really care about the T-Shirt.

When the hell does this info get updated.
I can't believe it has taken 2 weeks for an express mail envelope to get there..
I have the receipt and a copy of the Money Order BOTH dated May 25th!

They have been informed of the situation with registration updates being out of date and it will dealt with in short order...

When will I be getting a confirmation Email? I see I've been added to the paid registrations. But I need to get my room booked ASAP.

I got the info from another member and was able to book a room BEFORE the threatened June 9th deadline!

COME ON!

If you want a successful event, SOMEONE stay on top of this!

I STILL have not received confirmation, although my bank tells me the money order has been cashed.

eric,

Unfortunately I am not the one who deals with the money rolling in and sending out the notification emails for the hotel.  It appears I will be having a word with Chad...

ALSO- I truly hope that the person who is now giving out the hotel info is on the committee (like Steph) because otherwise it would (in short) lead to a breakdown of the way we put this shindig on, and would hurt us if the info was being passed to non-registered members.

Guess that is my speech for the day

Well given the situation, I don't think anyone was out of line to give Eric the info.  He paid and needed to get a room before the deal was off...

I'm just grouching, but I'll be running for the committee again after this fest...    even though I'm not going.

I appologize if I was out of line, however there is no harm done as far as I'm concerned.
BTW, I STILL have not received ANY confirmation of anything!

Eric (et al),

I apologize for the miscommunications up front.  Apparently Chad, our treasurer, is no longer able to have good internet service at his house.  This plays directly into this situation, as he is responsible for sending out the contact info once your payment is recieved.  Eric, I am officially confirming your registration as paid  ÂÂÂ

The registration website is, from what I'm told, 100% up to date.  If there is any question on the status of your registration, please check it there and email me personally: pridmj24@uwgb.edu
