Most of wisconsin IS hills and trees lol so its usually pretty calm. Huge low pressure system made the wind pick up bad, but I just happen to work accross from the EAA Airport in Oshkosh, so there is literally what seems like a wind storm everyday.

Baraboo was always pretty windy, and Point seems to be windy a lot.
I have a friend who recently graduated that works by the airport in Oshkosh too, nice!

Mmmmm..... Site traffic 
But really... I hate people that stuff their cart in some obscure spot rather than walk it back. Hell, I always get that Bish going and ride it back to the cart corrall.
