yes the system is full we just tried a ne rad cap and another thermostat in it and still no go engin temp is running normal yes the thermo is in the right way. im starting to think that it may be a vacum prob i am going to take everything out today and check the vent doors again u can hear it switch over but going to visually check it again. so if its not that im open to any other sugestions. oh does any one know if there is a coolant bleed anywhere to be sure of no air lock?

Do you hear bubbling?
That's a good idea to check the vent doors. After the doors I'm not sure. If there is no vacuum leak, the heater core may be clogged.
Is the blower motor working?

I took it out for a drive now that its insured lol and it has heat not much but some while its driving as soon as u stop not heat again. there is no bubbling sound the blower is working

Check to see if it is still full, sometimes you need to get the thermostat to open to be sure that the system is truly full.
