kinda funny how it had the car cover on through most of the pics and then at the last pic he pulled the cover off like he was showing off what he has.
1988GTU wrote:The factory wrapped vette was WORTH the open bidding price when new, this ruststang is trying to fetch more than 1/3 of what it would have went new at normal dealerships of its time... I'd rather buy a ford truck super duty style.
true gimme the money so i can buy the truck and still have money left over to play with. but the only ford trucks i'd touch are the diesels but before ford started making the engines. only the good ones back when international supplied the engines.
theres one and only awesome deisel, thats the 7.3 powerstroke. in my opinion the best ever. a friend and i did a 6speed swap on his 7.3. not fun. lol

Not to create an uprising here but that is no ordinary SVT Cobra, if you double check the ebay post that is for a Cobra "R", if I am not mistaken that is basically a stripped down, track ready Mustang race car. One of those sold on Barret-Jackson a year or so ago that was "brand new" from Ford for big money.

On a side note speedy, who are you kidding your not getting laid by anyone

i would rather take the less expensive 03/04 svt cobra 4.6 supercharged. the cobra R is one very rare car though, if were a millionaire i would take it just how it is not even drive it and put it up for another 20 or 30 years to see what it is worth after all this economy bs goes back to normal or somewhat stable and than see whats it worth.

You can actually get a house there for 70k? Here you basically need 300k to get any livable dump.

There are no houses for 70k that I've ever seen that don't need to be gutted and redone.

$70k would put a nice dent in my mortgage though.

That's pretty amazing considering it takes about $80-100k just to get one that's livable around here, and I'm in a small rural town, in the worst state in the country.

around my area 70k will get you a slab house with 2bdr and 1 bath lol, no basement 2 car garage if your lucky.

around 120k that would get you a 4bdr 2 bath, full basement with a bar and room to build a 5th bdr and a 2 1/2 car garage. thats what i live in.
