Hahaha woowoo for cutting coils!

When I had my gt, I had the same setup (kyb/canucks). Upon first install, it drops about 3/4 to 1", and after a few weeks of regular driving, it drops another 3/4" or so when they settle.

As far as the perches go, I have a good inch or two of spacing, so I don't see me having any issues. Does the 95+ struts have a lower perch or somethin?

All the struts are the same... so to answer your question no... But take away a 1/4" of space and add a 225 tire and it will rub. The inside edge will touch. Regardless of clearance I did my spacers more to get the look I wanted.

What tires are you running?

Thats funny... Your 35mm rim with 7.5" width, if it is a true 7.5" (Some companies measure width wrong for a rim), puts your backspacing at the same as mine, which means I may not hit with my 40mm offset rim. I'm not sure what Geoff had if he had a true stock 42mm or 45mm offset which caused him to hit outright and NEED a spacer.

Yea I've checked everything possible that could rub and everything clears. When I align it I'm going to go back over it but I'm positive my calipers clear, and the tire clears the strut perches. That's all I was concerned about

Edit* now that I think about it, my camber is quite a bit off at the moment. I suppose ill really know once I get it corrected

Yeah, adjusting camber at the knuckle closes that gap really quick

The camber could be it...

Once I got my camber into close spec, rubbing was an issue.

My wheels are 17x7, 38mm offset, running 225/45's. The Dunlops I have now are definitely wider than the old Bridgestone's they replaced; and the brakes were initially installed with the narrower Bridgestones.

I just noticed. Your MSRs are part of the American Eagle Wheel company, descendants of my old Eagle Alloys. :D

Yessir ;) that's why I didn't worry about the brand. American eagles are OG's for sure

alignment is finished, and just wanted to say that i have plenty of clearance with the tire to strut housing. atleast half to 3/4 inch. im happy! i'd hate to run a spacer, just for the reason my fronts sit perfectly flush with the fender.
