I have a 96-99 Monte Carlo 97-02 Camaro Steering wheel with radio controls in my 1995. They work with my Delco. I used a clock spring coil. It is faux leather wrapped like most GM wheels,

You can make any single stage airbag work...newer cars have dual stage which use 2 plugs.

Although, i did find out that a steering wheel from a 94-98 Grand Am does not work with out cars. The splines in the wheel for the steering shaft are closer to the horn button/airbag than in our cars where they are toward the back of the wheel. Must be an N-body thing...
