Any one have the BERETTA CASSETTE???
Re: Any one have the BERETTA CASSETTE???
Finished them today 32 tracks total. All have been named etc, so they can be dropped into whatever media player you use, then burnt right to a CD. Approx 33 minutes long for both sides, 192Kbs, about 45MB. You can get it here:

Boy having high speed is nice. Only took me about 15 minutes to upload this.

About that here too when I tested the download. Just upload took a bit.
You like how that turned out? I can always revamp others.

What do you mean by "revamp"?DTMAce wrote:About that here too when I tested the download. Just upload took a bit.

Re: Any one have the BERETTA CASSETTE???
Set them up the way I did those. Broken into tracks, etc. Mine didn't really have any audible flaws, but some others may, you never know.

Re: Any one have the BERETTA CASSETTE???
I have the 1990 and 93 ones on page 1 can you do anything with them?
Re: Any one have the BERETTA CASSETTE???
Wow, that first one is mighty damn small. I would have to guess its not all there, but I haven't played it yet.Rodville wrote:I sent a PM to diedemus to see if we can start to get them put up on the main page.
Here is the 1990 tape 04 Beretta Owners Manual 1990.mp3
And the 1993 07 Beretta Owners Manual 1993.mp3
Edit: I noticed putting up the links that the 1990 tape is half the length of the 1993 one. Can someone with a 1990 tape verify I have the whole thing or just one side. THANK YOU!

Re: Any one have the BERETTA CASSETTE???
I didn't actually record either of them. But I have a USB cassette deck. No special software at the moment. But it sounds like you have the better setup.
Re: Any one have the BERETTA CASSETTE???
I have a high quality deck I bought nearly... Hell. Same year I bought the beretta I think.. It was like 225 at the time. One of those dual decks with like tons of features, yada yada. I think its a Pioneer labeled Optimus. Whatever...
Anyway, that's piped into a computer that I use specifically for doing analog to digital work. I use SoundForge for recording and file manipulation, etc. System has a platinum version of the creative audio galaxy PCI kit, complete with the remote, and the front panel add on, blah blah. Digital options, analog options, hell I have more places to plug things than the wire wall at a Best Buy. Regardless, I have done lots of audio recording over the years, I also use this same system to do stuff like analog video capture, though I admit there are some products out there that do that a bit easier AND record it directly to DVD... Easier not always being better, but meh. Time is money. lol
Have to think, I used to rip copies of my audio CD's back when you had to install the MP2/MP3 codec into your windows 95 in order to even work with it. So been in that game a long time.
Anyways, pulling these up now on that system, had to put them back to a wav format. The soundforge I use is seriously dated, so it doesn't work with MP3 format. Its from the age of windows 3.1 AND it works pretty damn good, even with XP.
As I said, that is all this system was built for. It does nothing else.
