Im working on restoring it, the exterior is good minus the gas door flapping in the wind but thats fixable. I may need to change out the wheel bearings and rear main seal looks like it becoming wet where the tranny bolts to the motor and I need to do some tlc on the interior, before I moved it to ga it would turn heads because of how nice looking it was but now it turns stomachs because of all the cracks and deformities.

Yeah 3.1's do leak at the rear main for sure. Where the gas door hinge mounts has rusted out. This is a common problem.
A good restore will take alot of money and lots of time trying to find rare parts. Just be ready for those two.

I was going to get the black Mitsubishi gas cover, and I already bought all the stuff from the dealer that I needed, spent 1800 at the dealer getting headliner, seat upholstery, door pannel skins and a dash which was almost 500 alone, Im ready its a good car just needs some tlc and a little bit of altering.

Your dealer has Beretta parts? That is unheard of! You got a dash also? You are the luckest man alive.

Reproduction dash? I'd be curious to see photos of this.
