So you just got them to chew them up? Are they from China?

Im probably not going to burn them up because my buddy needs tires for a set of rims he wants to sell.

They may be from China, I dont know. They come on all high end cars from the factory like BMW and Mercedes. The set I have is off a Mercedes. They just suck at performance, they do ride smooth compared to the hankook HRII's

Tiffany has those same Fuzion 225/45R17s on her Sube. She seems to like them and they have decent treadwear.

I need a set for my 91 soon and I might go with the Sumittomo HTRZIIs. Some of the guys on NastyZ28 are using them and swear by them.

Dosen't sound like they are from China. That's good, I would have hated to hear that they fell apart and tore your car up.

I like my Falken FK 452 tires... they are nice and quite and grip quite well.

I'll second woody's comment on the HTRZ's.

I live by RE730's. The ones they have now arn't quite as good as the series I's but they are very good tires and either the HTRZ's or RE730 series II's would be what would go on my ride if I needed tires.

Continental tires are good tires, just for different reasons than performance.

Continental has good performing tires. You just can't expect a grand touring all season to give you the same as a performance tire.

So on monday I had my dad take my car to the tire place and get the fuzions put on and get it aligned. Tires went well, but upon alignment he noticed I have a bad rear wheel bearing.

After that dude flipped his car on bstuff from a bad bearing, I ordered 2 new ones right away. This has also motivated me to put my disks on the back too. I will pick up the rotors saturday, and hopefully my hydraulic place can make the lines for me as I wait.

So hopefully by the end of this coming weekend my car will be rolling again, with the rear brakes that I bought at the beginning of last summer.

Just order some 14" lines from any stainless line maker -3an to 7/16 banjo IIRC... Unless that's what your getting made local... I wouldn't do anything other than a stainless line direct to the proper banjo. I only have one adapter on my brake system and the less the better I feel about it.
