Did you get the proper brake lines yet? Refer to my thread Rear Disc Brake swap for GM Bubble flare to -3an adapters and then you can do a -3an to whatever banjo bolt size that caliper uses, if it is even a banjo bolt.
I got the stainless steel ones that goes with this kit. It uses this adapter for the wilwood caliper and will bolt up normally to the cavalier/similar beretta brake line mounts. i'm going to put them in, hopefully on Thursday. The snow is getting out of control that i'm going to stop progress for today and drink some hot chocolate!

For Michi, I did some test fits:
Clearance looks good on 40mm offset 16x7.

With a 15x7, 35mm offset, clearance is too tight for comfort with a 10mm spacer installed. I could possible get away with it, but i say a 15mm spacer would be needed to clear my 15's comfortably. Remember, it all depends on the rim and offset so a 10mm spacer could be perfectly fine on certain 15's.

Your showing diameter clearance... How will a spacer affect that? Or are you referring to clearance of the calper to the spoke on the rim but just didn't post a pic?

It clears the spokes just fine and fits the wheel diameter, just a spacer would push the wheel further outward. On my 15's, there's a wheel lip behind the spokes that protrudes out slightly and eventually recesses as you go inward which would give more real estate for the caliper.

Pretty interesting! Thanks alot for the pictures and the infos man!
Also, Im excited on the day you can try out your new brakes and let us know how they feel ;)
Oh, and when i see your brakes fit into a 15" rim.. you think they will clear a 15" crosslace rim too? not sure of that since your 15" looks aftermarked...

I wish I could tell you, but I don't know how much room is behind the crosslaces or its offset. If I come across one in the junkyard, I'll try it out for you.

UPDATE: I've installed the stainless steel brake lines and everything bolted up like lego blocks to my '95.Combined, from start to finish took me roughly 3 hours of work at a leisurely pace. I had to break it up since weather was god awful here in Illinois this week.
Image

I bled the brakes and replaced everything drum-wise in the rear while I was at it. Wilwood's are officially installed and they are awesome! These 8 combined pistons are overkill for this car, they bite hard and the weakpoint now are the tires themselves, unable to keep up with the braking force. I'll be switching to a stickier compound next month to fix this issue.

And here's how it stands as of tonight:

My god that's amazing :D

I doubt my car will ever see a brake setup like that in it's lifetime, but damn does it ever want it.

Glad to finally see this kit installed on a Beretta!

I will have to see whats out there for F-body brake upgrades since I could run those :)

Really I just need to get off my ass and buy an expensive set of F-body rotors that weigh only 10lbs so I can put those brakes on and just leave them on.

Now you just got to put in those rockers of yours and tell me how they feel!

oh man, I've been there before- getting off your ass is literally half the battle when it comes to anything with the beretta lol. Yeah, I think those 2 piece Baer Eradi speed plus rotors would be pretty sweet with the lightweight aluminum hats; $545 a pair- not so sweet.

...OR there's always custom fabricating a dual caliper setup, all the cool kids are doing it!

I gotta get the car running first LOL

It should be in a week or so, depending on how quickly I can find someone to do some stainless welding for me.

Someone said those baer ones are only 1.5lbs lighter... I need more than that to make it worth 545.

I see where you're coming from. I looked into these and yeah, they weigh 17.2 lbs. When it comes to F-body rotors, I really can't seem to find anything lighter than that though. The only other ones I can think of are wilwood 12.19" rotors from their camaro superlite brake kits:
http://www.wilwood.com/BrakeKits/BrakeK ... rake+Rear.

But I don't know the price for just the rotor/hats or its weight. You could just stick with stocks given the price/ to actual weight savings gained ratio with these "lightweight" rotors.

I'll have to double check my rotors again to see what they weigh... I remember them being around 20-25'lbs. Are you saying the Baer ones are 17.2?

I was looking at the Wilwood kit but its $1988 for the whole setup, also I'm not sure if just the rotor will work with a factory Camaro caliper, if it does I might go that route since that would weigh in at 14.6lbs total.

The Wilwood rotors would be $626.14 bought separately from that lightweight kit, Rotors are $178.14 each and the hats are $134.93.

Found the parts on summit for a total of $579.76

When it comes down to it, I really don't "need" the larger brakes up front since I'm not doing auto-x but they just look much nicer behind the wheel. Granted so do the Grand Am ones over the stock setup, But I'd like to show that it has 12" Camaro front brakes on it... It's a nice addition to all of the modifications.

Just make more horsepower. Then you can forget about the heavy rotors!
