This was the best place location-wise for me to move to when I relocated for a job 6 years ago; gotta look at the overall picture (jobs, economy, cost of living, etc). That and I didn't want to live in the Florida swaplands, BFE Indiana, or way out in Vegas.

If I leave the door closed in my garage it usually stays pretty cool. I definitely need heat though, and AC would be tits.

BTW, any kind of 4x60E blows. Had two, hated two, scrapped two. hahahaha
