They are probably L67 injectors then, at least that would be my guess.

no part numbers on the injectors.... *facepalm*

moved injector that was in cylinder 3 to 4, and vice versa... misfires moved..

Replacing all 6 injectors with new ones, gonna pick em up tomorrow after work as well as new air filter.

i dont believe they are L67 injectors unless they are S1.. which would not be good, as S1's are only 28#

What makes you think they are series one injectors?

and Just for reference the 36lb L67 injectors are flow tested at only 33lbs at 43.5psi... unless you run 55PSI then you'll get 37.1lb

S1 look like this

and S2 look like this

If they are 28lb injectors though and Chris programmed the ECU to believe they were 36lbs injectors that would have a lot to do with your very high positive fuel trim as well... but the one bad injector is also contributing to that.

I always say start with what you expect to want or know you'll get at the crank for HP numbers and size them from there... I'm guessing he needs S2 36's at 55PSI to obtain 300 crank hp, or 42's to be even safer... which then your into oddball injector territory, even out of my knowledge.

Best I could find would be the Bosch Green's that are used on Fords..

http://www.bmotorsports.com/shop/produc ... ts_id/1602

they are 12ohm like stock I just don't know if they fit perfectly or not.

Check around for prices though.

You could also go with FAST injectors... Not sure on the reliability of them though... But if bought brand new I can only assume they will come with a warranty.

unfortunately nobody really knows what the expected hp is to be. my estimation which is very very rought estimate would be around 300hp with the turbo and cams.

i would think the 36's would be fine considering 300hp with 6 injectors based off a bfsc of .5 recommended is about 32. i just know nothing about how to go about and choosing an injector lol. and as long as it's a stock part on a vehicle i can get it locally pretty easily. i'll go ahead and check out those ford ones you listed

03 36lb injectors are PN 0280155811 from a Grand Prix, but I'd check around. I've heard a few places say that only flows 33lb/hr at 43.5psi and to get 37lb/hr you need to run 55psi.

Right from witchhunter

Image

= to 33.71lb/hr, you would get 37.8 if you used a 55psi fuel regulator. And those came on 2000+ GA's

Witchhunter had a listing for it...

Image

415/10.5=39.52lb/hr at 43.5PSI...

will be 44.4 at 55psi, which I'm guessing you have either an adjustable regulator or a stock 2000+ 3400 one that is 55PSI. If its adjustable, I set it at 50psi and you'd get 42.3lb/hr with the ford greens and then you could go to 55 and get 44lb/hr if you had to. I think even starting at 43.5psi and running it as a 39lb/hr injector would be ok. And you can just check the duty cycle and see how its performing and bump it up if necessary. If you overshoot injector size it does make the idle a bit harder to work with.
