Dude, I love how this thing looks with the body kit. Maybe you've been told before, but I would get rid of the fart can. If you get another muffler, get one where only the pipe and tip stick out of the back. It'll look sick. If you want to keep this one, It looked better the way it was installed on the first page. Once you get that body kit painted it'll look even more awesome. I'm also surprised that you have all of the stuff and paperwork that came with the car. That's badass!

I really do not like this muffler either but i got it for free so I just installed it. I'm planning to take it off and put it on my 91 civic. What kind of mufflers would you recommend? I have a cherry bomb. should I just install that with a tip?

you'll get pulled over by cops real quick. Specially California Cops. I have a personal love affair with the Flowmaster 40 series but some people don't like them. There are some options:

Here are some videos to help you.
Flowmaster 40 Series

Magnaflow

DynoMax VT this one is on a 3400 equipped car, but the sound should be similar to our motors.
This one is also Woody's car. he's a member on here.

There is also Borla but I can't find a video on it but Woody said that those things are mad loud.

Hope this helps.

just looked at the pics of pg 3 WOW!!! that car is very clean. im not a big fan of body kits, but im liking your kit. ive never seen one like it, or even remotely close to it. also i like the blue on blue look. as in exterior and interior. like previous comments get it painted one color and it will look 10x better. keep up the good work & keep it clean.

Thanks guys for the comments. I saw the videos and I liked the sound of the magnaflow. When I get my school money I look at them closer and see with one I get.

Well I bought another Beretta. Say Hello to my 1989 Chevrolet Beretta GTU. The pictures that I am showing are the ones that I took were it was being sold. It cost me 600 dollars. The car currently has 175,000 miles and it has some problems. The car starts good but the idle is off. it revs a little then goes to normal. when I put it into gear it shuts off. I think it has something to do with the tempeture because when I drove it in the freway it would not turn off. as soon as made a stop it would turn off. when it is parked if I rev it over 3,000 RPM it shuts down. when it is hot it is when the RPM effects it.it only does it sometimes. this is the only thing that is wrong with the engine. I'll post some pics on Monday.

dude, that thing looks like it's in great shape! All you've got to do is take care of the engine issue, get a front lip and a new gas door, as it looks like it'll go out soon, and you're set! Looking forward to pics!

Some pics of the interior. Back seats are mint. Front passenger also. Driver side seat needs some work. Got some parts they need to be installed. Car also needs a good wash. Carpet is in good condition but in the pictures I already cleaned the carpet.

A GTU with a missing front lip... What a surprise... I hate how careless people are with cars. Some just shouldn't have the right to own one.

Yes It is in good hands now. I installed my center console, plastic vent in dash, removed the door panels to fix them better, and gave her a good wash. I'm also going to give it a polish. As soon as I fix more things I will post more pics.

Wow, it still has the FACTORY exhaust on it after all that time? What is it, a anti-corrosion time capsule down there?
