Sgr I don't want an apology from you I could care less about how much of a chump your being if you wanna be an chump go right ahead this is a forum and you did explain the steps i just wanted everything clarified but if your gonna be so impatient with someone who isn't familar with this engine then stop posting in my thread.

It's been explained well enough at this point for me to do it today. So you can stop being a hothead and go away now.

I will not accept responses like this either, consider this your first verbal warning. If you have an issue with a post from a member you need to properly report it or talk with that member via PM to resolve the issue. There is no need for the childish name calling to go back and forth in a thread.

STOP editing my posts. I wasn't nasty. I simply said I would offer no further help.

Thanks. I'll post back if it was a success and was a bad pump. Sorry for being hostile earlier.

Ive taken the splash shield off underneath the car and used a block of wood to push the tensioner when the hole rounded out OR if you dont have the tool to get into the tensioner correctly.

Okay guys today I got to change the pump and all went well took about 2 hours not having the proper tools (lols) but I have The new pump and gasket installed all fine.

Here's the old pump this is the only sign I could think it would be failing?

That is burn marks it looks like and gasket was attached to the screws so I'm guessing the gasket failed?
