I think there is a ring or something I don't have or overlooked.
Anyone got one?
Or am I missing something?
Cheers!

There is a spring with a metal cup at each end and plastic sleeve. The sleeve installs in the column or on the wheel (cant remember which) and the spring keeps tension on the cups for the contact. Then the horn button grounds the circuit. Any junkyard should have the piece you need. They are pretty universal for GMs.

You have to reuse your steering wheels electronics transfer part the brass/plastic piece but need the luminas wire off the horn with the plastic piece with te spring and that goes in your factory horn electric transfer button
