I say you are better off getting a Magnaflow and putting the tip you want on it.

Most folks have the stock tips cut off and re-welded onto the new muffler. That is what I did.
Good luck finding a stock one.
Hell a set of stock tips would be worth a bit of cash!

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!
That is simply a stock replacement, 4cyl/V6. NOT a GTZ/Z26 chrome tip! (assuming of course that is what this is all about.)
You can buy that dual outlet pipe anywhere.
There was a chrome dual outlet aftermarket tip that was cut at almost the exact angle of the GTZ/Z26 OEM ones, but I can't find it at the moment.
It was actually posted on B'Stuff at the time.

I based this off of an '88 GT, not a Z26 model. I thought that was what he had, and he said he wanted factory.
So what style factory muffler do you want? Factory GT dual outlet or a factory Z26 muffler with a dual tip? BIG difference, and it'll help people find you what you're looking for.

This one from Maganaflow is pretty close to the factory one. Angle is still not right.
That is the magnaflow part number.

This is the tip I have on mine, also similar, but a little longer. Another option if you decide to run an aftermarket muffler for a different sound.

I think this is about as close as you are going to find to a stock looking replacement.
PYPES Stainless Part Number EVT19 from Summit. $76.97

Then the Walker one from Rock Auto is the stock GT one. GT's did not have polished tips.
The GTZ/Z26 one (Chrome/polished dual tips) you are out of luck on unless you can find a used one and save it.

I think I have one that came with my Teal Indy -it looked factory and was DEFINITELY dual slash-cut tips... I don't recall what condition it is in though -it isn't like new but might be okay. I will dig it out and take a look at it this week to see if it is even worth trying to re-use. If it looks salvageable, I'll snap a couple of quick pics and post them up. The salvage yard I was at today had a rare 2nd-gen Lumina with the 3.4 TDC engine -that one twin dual mufflers, each with dual tips -the exhaust looked good too, just too small for anything I am working on, I should have just grabbed it while I was there -I won't have a chance to go back before the car is crushed.

That might be another option for you to search around for though.

Sorry, the body is pretty solid on it (one dime-sized hole starting to rust through), but the inlet pipe is GONE, and the internal baffle-pipes have come loose, so the chamber walls must be gone too. The outlets are so-so in the actual chromed areas, but have rusted through between the chrome and the body. Bottom line is it isn't worth shipping.
