nope inside theres a red wire with it and the red wire is plug into my fuse box but the yellow wire is just wrapped around the red wire?

but i still dont know what that yellow wire in my fuse box is for ???

I have a problem with my 1991 GTZ i just recently bought, I bought the car last Aug but lost my license till June first of this year.  Back in Aug the car started fine.  Went and finnally pick it up to move to my new place and to finally get it ready to be put on the road and it wouldnt start.  Char...
