It's not bad if only used to lower 2 inches. I had similar ones on my cavalier. Ride was slightly stiffer, but didn't notice any other downsides.

they work... but not the right way to go about it. and if you hit a bit bump, they could potentially move... they will usually come together, compressing only one side of the spring... rather awkward.

Should only be used temporarily(for show) if at all.
4th one's a charm, 5th one is, beginnning to sound like this is an addiction...

Mine never moved. I worried about that too. So my trick was to wrap tape around the spring on either side of the clamps. Keep in mind i was on a very tight budget at the time and wanted to even out my sagging rear springs.
