MY FIRST BERETTA!! :D
MY FIRST BERETTA!! :D
just got my first beretta. Black 1992 Beretta GT W26. im in love. these are the pictures from the add, as soon as it get a bit warmer ill add some more photos of the interior and junk.
im putting in-
*2 10 inch subs
*1 15 inch subwoofer (I still need a box and amplifier) - (I exploded my last one)
*DEH4400HD pioneer stereo dash piece
+ MUCH MORE TO COME
(that's all I have to go in for now, hopefully it increases with pace and isn't a long drug out process)
Nontheless I absolutely love my beretta just the way it is.

Only run one size subwoofer, be it the 2 10"s or one 15", otherwise it will actually be quiter due to cancellation. The subs will create different waves and they will cancel out because of the modulation. Thus less sound. Very nice shape GT though.

Good to see one from the third party sales here. Looks to be in nice shape!
keep'em flying!
Re: MY FIRST BERETTA!! :D
Quoted for truth. I actually am only using one sub myself, a dual 12" Many have heard it and have been amazed its only powered by a 200W Amp. heheThompson128 wrote:Only run one size subwoofer, be it the 2 10"s or one 15", otherwise it will actually be quiter due to cancellation. Nice W26!
Hey, dont modify the hell out of that thing. This is not the average GT. Its the sharpest one that rolled out the factory in a limited number.

+1 - Berettas in decent shape are rare enough to find - But a rare model like a W26 should be preserved, not modified.GTZfan wrote:Nice W26!

im not gonna modify much, just doing paint and rims. plus the sound system. but other than that ill leave it stock. after a while I might do a cat back exhaust, but not till I get into college or have the money.

im assuming youre talking to me, but I found it on google images, ill change it if you wish, it was the nicest picture of this car I could find.

Re: MY FIRST BERETTA!! :D
Aw, cmon, don't change the rims... The Indy/GTU rims are the only identifying marker that this is a W26...

Re: MY FIRST BERETTA!! :D
ill be selling the rims when I replace them, so ill make sure they go to someone whose restoring a black w26. or just needs the rims.DanteGTZ wrote:Aw, cmon, don't change the rims... The Indy/GTU rims are the only identifying marker that this is a W26...
