He had it posted on his posi head autoparts website before things went sour for him, so I don't see this as an issue.GTU89 wrote:Probably isn't a good idea to post his number up, just PM it to whoever still needs to settle business with him.Gtzman wrote:---. Blow it up.

I bought my LTZ grille from him (summer 2012'), which did take a while, but I didn't think of it as him trying to rip me off.
He always responded to my PM's even if it took a few days, so I never saw it as a big deal or anything.
That's my experience with him, anyway.

Re: Brett Mandli aka scd88ga is a Theif
There just seems to be a general issue with how he's running his "business" no he may not be trying to rip people off but his constant delays with shipping and ignoring people and not updating them gives those buyers that feeling. I can completely understand where they are coming from when I've had to wait weeks to receive parts I paid for in a timely manner... even after seeing pictures of these said parts. He needs to be in contact with these buyers more and it almost sounds like uncle is out $350 if he can’t get in touch with him or he is completely ignoring him.
Sorry but what he is doing is just wrong and he needs to either NOT take any orders unless he is shipping those parts immediately OR only take payment after he ships if he can’t ship often enough to satisfy the prior option. But first and foremost he needs to fix what’s wrong with his current open orders.

well then I guess the next nasty PM I get from him on Facebook saying to stop talking crap about him... I'll tell him to sort out his crap and then maybe I'll think about stopping. If he has enough time to read this and bitch to me then he should have plenty of time to update you guys on what he's done with your money or where your parts are.

I never understood the business model that people were funding here.
Step 1: Send money for parts that don't exist.
Step 2: Wait for parts to be found and purchased.
Step 3: ???
Seriously... If someone finds parts in the yard and then buy them to resell GREAT, but how are people being conned into paying for parts that have yet to be found?

Some including me paid for parts that we saw pictures of and STILL Waited months to get them to ship... so as yes the model you posted is a stupid one to try to get parts, he still has major issues shipping stuff just lying around his house.

I think it was a very poor decision for him to bash 3400 for a moderator doing his job. I typically don't wheel and deal for exactly that reason unless I am darn sure I can get 100% of the items shipped immediately.
