swapping to gtz seats....ride height?

i got a full set of gtz seats today. the driver side hardware(track and slide) had to be left behind in the car because of rust and the slide was locked up.

can i take the hard ware from my old seats to those or will i have to get another slide track for the gtz seats? how much difference is there in the ride height?

you can use your hardware, should bolt up the same afaik.

I would assume they are the same for all Berettas, but I've never had a non-Z car. If it turns out you need some I can just send you mine. It's not like I'll ever be using them again! haha

how does the small lever on the back come off. pulling the cover and that is in the way to get it with out tearing anything

I have indy seats in the base and im sitting at the same height i was with the regular seats.

My GT seats had to have been totally jacked then. I sat 2-3" higher when I put the Z seats in it.

There is a difference in my base 89 Corsica and the 89 Beretta GT, not much but i can tell the GT seats are higher. The 91 Corsica seems similar to the 89, and the 92 Corsy seats are really low, at lease mine were.

There is a roll-pin holding it on. Your best bet is just to stretch the seat fabric over it, do that carefully and you probably won't have any trouble.. If your fabric is deteriorating badly enough to tear badly, it may not be worth saving anyway. But if you are dead-set on it, us a small pin-punch in one hand, steady the lever with a wood block in your other hand, and tap the pin out with your third hand... Oh, you aren't from the Twilight Zone? Get someone to help then.
