well i have not noticed any leak but who knows i will check tommorow but it is still rather peppy for a V6 by the end of 1st gear im at 45 mph obviously nailed but the only thing is that my check engine light keeps going on when its cold and then once it gets to operating temprature it will go out and not come on again also when i will rev the engine when the light is on it will seem like fuel is cut off for just a second and then like smoke will come from my muffler but once it warm its fine spins the wheels like no other and ungodly torquey

when i replaced the motor also i scanned the computer 2 codes came up code 62 trans electronic shift controller and the ESC module AKA ICM which tsted out fine along with the coil packs and the CPS was replaced a few days ago so im leaning to a FPR fuel pressure regulator

Well youre burning excess fuel b/c you say smoke comes out the muffler. So its either ignition or fuel issues...
No miss fires right? It's probably fuel delivery running rich.

no i dont think it is a vac leak becuase all vac lines have been replaced or repaired when the motor was dropped in and it only smoke when i rev it when it is just started im starting to think that it is either the injectors or fuel pressure regulator
