Quad 4 2.3L interchange

If I pull a motor out of a newer low output/non interchangable year what do I need to do to get it to work in my 90 GTZ, are the sensors interchange between different year motors to work in my year car or no is what I'm asking I just want to get it goin temporarily til I get a high output

1991 beretta GTZ- 2.3l w41 cams, ported 086 head with a 3 angle valve job, fidanza flywheel with exedy racing clutch, 3.94fdr from and scx, so much more..

No I wondered what my motor was on the other thread I might have asked in in there but can't remember the answer hoping someone could clear it up hoping to steer away from the 95s because of the balance shaft and the oil pan sensor, I need to know if the sensors are able to be out on a newer motor without it screwing up when I get it running such as the detonation sensor I just wanna know if that's what has to be done to get her running
