I would rock a dash cover. Those dashes are extremely hard to find in good shape (a little bit of warp by the defroster vent is considered good/great shape).

Great looking GTU! Personally dig those louvers, Id put them back on. And I am not even an old guy

If you're thinking about doing a dash cap, check my post out in this forum, it's on the second page now labeled "Finally..." I installed a dash cap and put some info up about it with some before and after pics. Might help you decide....
