Re: 1990 Chevrolet Beretta Indy Pace Car - $1800 - Mapleton,
considering most of these people just sign up to post ads there probably isn't much point in telling them to follow rules

Bull crap... I don't care if that's all they sign up for they have to follow the rules and the rules are there to protect the buyers on this site.themixer wrote:considering most of these people just sign up to post ads there probably isn't much point in telling them to follow rules
If they don't want to follow the rules and post the appropriate information THEMSELVES then the post will be deleted. I mean come on its not hard.
I don't think that should be enforced. It's bad enough as it is I get PM's all the time asking why they can't post pictures yet or links...bagged_and_loud wrote:Agreed. Should have a minimum posy to post in for sale

Re: 1990 Chevrolet Beretta Indy Pace Car - $1800 - Mapleton,
I know of that problem, and really its not a problem it's a restriction on new users to prevent spam... And exactly why I wouldn't want to deal with locking out the FS section to new users as well because that just generates more confusion/anger... The legacyGT forum has a 10 post lockout on the Marketplace on that forum... they need make 10 other posts to contribute to the forum before being allowed to post anything in there, no exceptions, deleted immediately too.ezgoin wrote:I tried to add pictures to the post or link to pictures but this forum kept telling me that I couldn't post them.
In the end it's honestly not hard to deal with or work around. I think it's a 5 day pic suspension on this forum(I do not make the rules so I'm not positive) and also 5 posts need to be approved before you can post freely... I don't know why it's so hard for some to simply start a topic in the general section about themselves and the car they have... They instantly start to complain or double/triple post which also stems from just purely not reading the forum rules.
