For comparison's sake, I just sold a completely rust free 94 Z26 in the same color with same engine and 71k original miles. It did have some dings, dents and scratches - didn't look as nice paint wise as yours. I was asking $2900 and got $2700 locally to the first person that came to see it. $3800 is a bit on the high side from what I've seen them go for in the last 6 months. I'd say $3300-3500 would be possible to the right buyer.
