Got the link for the photo under the box with the arrow on it on flickr, then go to the Pin link and icon and it displays the link.
Photobucket has a IMG tag that you can copy direct from their site though... I don't see that on flickr...

You can use Image tags too... [ img ]insert hyperlink here[ /img ] Remove the spaces before img and after... had to leave it like that to illustrate it.
This eliminates the need to use the attachment function which will not work for file exceeding 3mb it will just sit there and do nothing.
