There should be a white wire coming from the icm... I can't remember which pin off the top of my head but it's the same wire talked about in my OBDII harness swap in a thread on here
Just checked, pin C on the icm plug. Have the clip on the plug facing you and it's the third from the right.
It has to also go to the ecm so check the pinouts in a manual and it should be the same wire as what's at the icm.

My wiring diagram shows white/black and white and it was the black and white thanks for the info
