Re: Car wont run getting code 33
I had a bad MSD coil in my last set. Their quality has gone down hill over the years, that is because they started making them in China a few years back. With aftermarket coils these days it's a crap shoot. Do you have any stock coils to try?

It may be possible to have damaged the plug wires when removing them.
Those spark plug boots are hard to get off, when you pull on them it may have broken the wire.
You may have spark in the open air but you may not have spark under compression.
The spark fires through two cylinders so if you have three damaged wires, you are screwed.
If you have an old good set of wires, you could try the old set.
Or you could test the wires with an ohm meter if you have one.
They should read somewhere between 5 to 10,000 ohms.

If you can't find any at the JY I have a set from my 3100 just sitting around. Got some Accels on there now and the car seems happy.

This is a complete shot in the dark, but the question about the firing order reminded me of the coil pack fire order diagram being backwards in my Haynes manual for the 94+ v6 cars. Here's my 96:

So it looks like a spark issue the plugs are covered in fuel everytime I pull them out

If they're soaked in gas man those babies aren't going to fire. Thought you said you saw it spark? If it has spark and fuel, compression is the last one to do. Get that done first than come back here.

Re: Car wont run getting code 33
I did have spark but it was not a strong spark. I put my old icm module back in and removed my crank sensor to check it out and it was full of oil, cleaned it as best as I could put it back and now the car is starting to fire it just wont start yet so I'm thinking the crank sensor should be replaced.

Mine was full of oil too. Just replaced it and the fuel pump relay. No more sputter starts when warm.

Got to be a ton of fuel in the oil by now. Better change that as soon as it's running again.
