Rear Spring Help!
Rear Spring Help!
New owner of a 1989 GTU here,
I need some help with the rear springs. I have purchased the Canuck lowering kit for the car and intend to replace all the rubber, shocks/Struts and mounts while I have the suspension apart. So to my question. I see in the rear suspension break down that there are Isolators on the bottom of the rear springs, but I can't for the life of me find anyone actually selling this part. Does anyone have any idea where these might be found?
Thanks in advance for any help provided.

Re: Rear Spring Help!
Unfortunately as many rubber parts on this car they can not be found... You will have to source something from ebay, or from a junkyard. Or find something that you can use to make something that will serve the same purpose.

Would you anticipate this to be a direct replacement, or do you think fabrication would be required?1988GTU wrote:been meaning to try the volvo S80 spring isolators..
