I assume the GTU's and GTZ's followed by the Indy's. I think partly because they are harder to find that then Z26's which seem to be more common.
Aside from that, probably any Beretta with a 5 spd is the most popular.
I personally really like my Indy and my GTZ.

92/93 v6 5sp or gtz are some hardest to find imo
