Would you like LED tail lights for around 200 bucks with the chevy, Z26, GTZ, or Gt insignia Mind you using the factory housing

I've been pondering this also. The only way I would consider it is if I had a set of tails that didn't have any cracks in them. All in all, if you take your time and do it right I think it would look pretty B.A. when done.

There is someone in the Milwaukee burb area that has the LED tail light setup.  Saw it during the day and wasn't very impressive.  Then again they are lights, lights are ment to be seen in the dark.
I don't know if this person is on here or know the person, but I saw them a few weeks ago in the City of West Allis, WI.

IMHO, for the LED setup to look right, you'd have to remove the stock reflector.  If you removed the stock reflector, you'd need a LOT of LEDs for it to look right and I think the surface that the LEDs are attached to would look pretty silly during the day thru the stock tinted lenses.

Not to piss on your parade, but I think stock reflectors with Luxeon Lambertian or Cree LEDs would be best straight thru the factory reflectors.
